1 teaspoon of chopped shallot
1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
2 cups of water
a pinch of salt
2 Indonesian bay leaves (daun salam)
In a small pot, bring to boil two cups of water and Indonesian bay leaves. Then add salt, garlic and shallot. Last add the Moringa leaves. Cover and boil more for about 5 minutes .
Serve it with steamed rice.
