Diet and self-discipline,power of the mind
Chocolate My taste buds are going on vacation
Training the mind to have self discipline, for some is very easy, for me, well I find it easy to discipline my self with most temptations,Like the desire to bungee jump off the San Francisco golden gate bridge, or being a bull rider and becoming a famous rodeo star. But when it comes to turning my nose up at a big slice of coconut cream pie, or lets not forget a piece of grandmas double layer chocolate cake, or that banana split with all that chocolate fudge, pored all over it.Wow with all those calories, you would think it would be easy to just say no thank you, I'm fine.That is where training the mind comes in. So often when we see food, all we can think of is taking our taste buds on a journey of no return, instead of just refueling our system with a healthy low carb, low calorie, Diet.

The right diet for you
There are many diets on the market to day, that are making millions of dollars just cause we cant control our own minds.I know what your thinking its not that easy, your right for most of us its not.So where dose that leave us , do we just keep letting our taste buds go on a extravagant vacation, While our body's foot the bill. We could go out and by an expensive piece of exercise equipment and work off all those unhealthy calories , get in great shape and feel great about our self's, Live long and prosper,But are we going to use that equipment every day and spend the time it takes, to get in great shape? Stop and just sit back in your chair, and relax and think about it for a moment, I can talk all day and you can try all the diets and exercise equipment you want , it all boils down to one thing . We have to have control of our own minds.

I cant in know way give you advice on how to control your weight or health or your mind, I leave that up to the professionals.There are a lot of people with weight problems that are not controllable with the mind, diet,or exercise, but are medical conditions that cant be helped by the individual. AS for my self I'm a little over weight and I mean just that a little, twenty lb. or so. I'm going to make an appointment with my family doctor and let him decide the proper diet that suites me and my life structures.Once again whether the diet he gives me works or not is up to me, and my control over my own mind.
