Health Benefits Of Divya Peya, The Ayurvedic Tea

Enumerated below are some of the several health benefits that this Ayurvedic tea offers to consumers.

  • Relief from stress and improved sleep quality and duration.
  • Enhancement of brain power and keeps the mind cool.
  • Prevents respiratory problems like cough, cold, etc.
  • Boosts immunity levels, therefore prevents the diseases caused by increase of kapha; in case there has been an attack of kapha disease, the patient gets relief faster.
  • Stimulates the digestive system, strengthens the body.
  • Prevents the formation of gas, acidity and constipation.
  • Controls cholesterol levels.
  • Strengthens the liver.
  • Protects from heart problems.
  • Best of all, this tea does not harm the unctuousness of milk.

My Experience With Divya Peya Herbal Tea

I have personally used Divya Peya herbal tea and I can vouch for its sweet taste. It is a very refreshing tea that does lower cholesterol levels, makes the mind calmer by reducing stress and brings on good sleep. A bedtime cup of tea does bring on good sleep as there is no caffeine in it.

You can have it with sugar or honey and I find that half the normal quantity of these will make the tea reasonably sweet.

How To Make Divya Peya Ayurvedic Tea

To make 1 cup of tea, add 1 teaspoon of divya peya tea powder to a cup of water.

Boil for 3 to 5 minutes to extract the various nutrient compounds. Boiling for a longer time extracts more beneficial compounds from the herbs.

Strain and add milk and honey to taste. Use sugar, in place of honey, if you so prefer.

Shashwat, I'd opt for divya peya anyday. Actually this is not much known in the West hence this hub. Your query has been answered in a different way by the comments of Aditya.

Aditya, thanks for commenting and your personal experience will go a long way to satisfy those in need of something like this.

Wonderful!! Im using divya peya from last three years. Just saw this hub and wanted to share some of my experiences. As per aforementioned comments and regarding the preparation methods. Divya peya is best in taste without milk also just add some honey and few drops of lemon juice and is awesome. Best time for its intake is in the morning, evening and if you are comfortable then 1 hr before bed.

If you want to know its benefits then I would like to suggest all that just give it a try for at least one month then you will continue it for ever.

I have observed that day by day its benefits will show off and Divya pharmacy has improved the quality and taste a lot as compared with that of 3 years ago. Fellows just give it a try to every thing depends on your taste buds and your experience.

Thank you, Rajan for the remainder! I would like to further boost myself in all angles.

As I am moving to a new residence with a kitchen, I can prepare it myself by buying from Baba Ramdev's shops.

Just a query. Can this Peya be without milk also? I am fine with honey.

This was a new item for me, Rajan. I live a block away from a grocery store owned and operated by Seventh-Day Adventists that predominantly stocks inventory comprised of health food and beverage products. I'll have to check with my friend, Gary, if they carry Divya Peya, the Ayurvedic (Herbal) Tea. Thanks for sharing, my friend! Have a wonderful weekend!
