Introduction

The importance of healthy sperm of an adult male human can not be over emphasized. A healthy sperm will surely produce a healthy offspring, all things being equal, while an unhealthy sperm will equally produced a deformed or an unhealthy baby. Howe ever, the fact that you have a healthy sperm does not contradict the fact that you cant suffer from male fertility problem know as infertility. it has been show by research that more than 70% of adult male suffer from infertility. The male infertility is when an adult male cannot impregnate an adult female; or when an adult male cannot produce enough sperm, or suffer low sperm count.

Male fertility problem is not a problem without a solution. The common solution to this kind of predicament is for one to go for a medical consultation. However, there is a better alternative to medical consultation. The better alternative is the kind of food you eat. There is this common saying that let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food. What this means is that you should eat what is medicinal to your body. There are numerous food which contain biochemical substance which are medicinal and can make you produce a quality spermatozoa and also boost your sperm count. You need to make these foods your medicine.


1 Ginseng


Ginseng: this is a perennial plant with chubby roots. It is a slow growing plant which belongs to the genus araliaceous family. Ginseng can be found in a very temperate region such as the North America or the eastern Asia such as china and Korea.

The word ginseng is an English word which is derived from two Chinese words which are ren which means people and shen which means plant root.

Ginseng is a great root which has been used as a herbal medicine for a long time. Many studies have shown that it can be used to improve sexual mood. Ginseng can also be used to boost endurance and sexual performance. Another good use of ginseng is that it boost libido. This means that it can be used to treat erectile dysfunction.

Banana: bananas are fruits of a herbaceous plant with several large leaves. The fruits of a banana plant are usually in a cluster hanging at the top of the plant. The banana plant belongs to the musaceaes family and it usually grows up to a height which ranges between 9 and 25 feet.

Banana contains many vitamins and mineral which are very essential to the normal functioning of the body. It also contains some biochemical substance such as bromelain, etc., which researchers have found to increase sex drive in men. Banana can also be use to treat excessive weight which also account for sexual issue problem.

Garlic: the botanical name for garlic is allium sativum. One of the important compound that makes it medicinal is allicin.Garlic improves health condition by boosting the iTunes system and prevent the body against foreign bodies. It also boost the performance of the sex organs of both male and female human.
