Diabetes is a problem where we have to continuously monitor the blood sugar levels. One has to be careful in selecting the food as wrong choice will lead to sudden spike in sugar levels. Now the question comes what to drink to keep oneself hydrated. Your healthy drink should be low to zero levels in fat,sugar, calories and carbohydrate levels.
