EFT Tapping Can Change Your Life for The Better

Updated on July 10, 2013

Learn How to Tap into a Great Life!

Have you ever heard of EFT tapping? Well, if you’re wondering what exactly tapping is and how you can use it to make your life better read on.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is quite simply tapping on certain points of your body with your fingertips to clear these channels from negative feelings and also then tapping on the same points to form new positive feelings for you to experience in their place.

Tapping was first used in the 1970’s and is based on the same healing points as acupressure, the healing powers of which are well-known. Tapping, or emotional acupressure, is becoming a popular way help people help themselves restore their well-being and regain their health.

When we experience something that triggers a negative emotion, neural pathways are formed within the brain that trigger and re-trigger that negative emotion over and over again to support its existence in one’s life

It has been discovered that this process of creating pathways is extremely fast. So fast, in fact. that we can double the neural connections for a given thought pattern in only one hour!

However, it has since been discovered that the brain can be changed at any age by forming new neural connections through tapping on certain energy points within the body. Clearing out the negative, disempowering beliefs from these channels in the body and then filling the same connections that have already been formed with positive and desirable feelings will cause the brain to experience these new conditions and bring them into one’s experience

Chances are that you are reading this because you might have pain or stress in your life of some kind that you would like to alleviate. Stress can wreak havoc on the body, and when it gets out of hand can cause a wide array of health problems. You might experience pain in your neck and back, have headaches, or develop stomach problems, or perhaps become depressed and anxious and have difficulty sleeping that all begin with stress.

EFT Tapping has been found to beneficial to quickly calm and relax you. I have been reading about The Law of Attraction for a few years and thereby became familiar with EFT and found some tapping videos on You Tube by Margaret Lynch, a tapping expert, whose style I find resonates with me.

Although I must admit that when I first watched videos on You Tube of people tapping it made me laugh out loud (I thought they looked ridiculous). Tapping can be used to gain wealth too. I can vouch for the fact that it seems to work! I tapped along to this video called Tapping for $50,000 every day for a week and while I didn’t get $50,000 I did find a $1,000 savings bond in my attic within a very short period of time.

What’s to say I wouldn’t have brought that other $49,000 into my life if had I continued? Absolutely nothing! I guess I have some tapping to do! I'll let you know what happens...

The laws of attraction are powerful. No matter how you get to the point of wanting change, the laws are still the same. "What you think about, you bring about!" That what my mom use to say..that's the beauty of the universe!
