Have you ever heard of EFT tapping? Well, if you’re wondering what exactly tapping is and how you can use it to make your life better read on.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is quite simply tapping on certain points of your body with your fingertips to clear these channels from negative feelings and also then tapping on the same points to form new positive feelings for you to experience in their place.
