Nowadays obesity is major problem in children's as well as adults because of oily, junk foods and restaurant's delicious iteams. More and more peoples including children are tend to eat fat food while traveling or going out with families or friends. Even I used to eat pizza or burger when I go out with friends.

Reducing weight is always challenging factor.As obese person, almost all person have felt issues like below.
