Eat more vegetables, less diabetes

Survey of American scientists at the Institute of Public Health recently released Harvard THChan journal PLOS further confirmed M├ędecine diet from animal products and many vegetables can significantly reduce drag engine type 2 diabetes.

The research team analyzed data on more than 20,000 male health professionals and women throughout the United States in 20 years. Accordingly, the participants filled out periodically answer questions about the mode of food, medical history, the diagnosis and lifestyle.

More specifically, they are recommended to consume fruits and vegetables, raw nuts, foods rich in fiber, antioxidants , nutrients and micronutrients in unsaturated fatty acids.

Earlier, a survey of 15,000 people published in the journal Nutrition, Metabolism and Cardiovascular Diseases in 2013 have shown the vegetarian diet can drag reducing diabetes risk. On the other hand, according to previous studies, fasting can help reduce the risk of cancer and hypertension.
