It's no secret that to live a healthy and happy lifestyle, we must take care of the most important piece of property we own, our bodies.
For decades, the human race has done the diet thing till we are blue in the face while emptying our wallets. We have exercised our brains out with all the new, updated, and improved exercise equipment and have joined thousands of health clubs only to end up visiting them an average of once a month, not to mention, we have invested in supplements that "guarantee to take all the weight off in 1 day!" Okay, so that latter is a little exaggerated, but I think you get the point.
So we ask ourselves, "Why are we still grabbing onto those gimmicks, diet plans, and exercise equipment while still managing to either retain the weight or put it back on after we have lost it?"
Even after losing the weight, why are we not as happy as we thought we would be? We look great, perhaps feel wonderful, yet, why are we not happy? What's missing?
Complex question yet a very simple answer: We forget that we are the ones in control of our own life, health, and happiness.
Now don’t get me wrong, having your own home gym or exercise equipment is wonderful, if it gets used, and belonging to the local gym is fabulous, if you go more than once a month, or following a diet/meal plan that suits you is terrific if you stick to it.
The good news is that if you don't need to have a home gym or belong to a spa or local gym.
The secret... (well it isn't really a secret, but sometimes we just plain forget).. is adding exercise to our daily routine. It can be as simple as a brisk walk around the block. The point is.. get up and MOVE!

Your age, sex and family history determines what type of tests will occur during your regular check up with your doctor. This may include:
- Evaluation of your overall health with tests for blood, urine, hearing, and vision.
- Weight assessment

- Consultation regarding your diet and exercise regimen along with any issues concerning tobacco, drug, and alcohol use.
- Immunizations (including booster shots)
