Therapy and support groups can help but if you’re unwilling to stand and rise above the storm, it is all futile.

There are many instances when I feel like throwing in the towel yet here I am still fighting. After every downfall, I feel lousy, dejected and hopeless. I have gone through days dwelling on a defeatist attitude. It is inevitable but the moment I will myself to press on, it is life-changing.
