Be Confident!
Be Confident!

Have Courage To Decide

A decision must be made and not delayed because sooner or later a decision must be made as well. Those whom explore themselves will be brave to make decisions and take responsibility for those decisions. The first success in doing thing is the successful decision-making. When a decision has been made, do not regret it. If the results are good and successful, make the decision as a reference for the future. If the decision is not successfully resolve the problem, make a new decision or make this decision as a lesson to be more successful in life later. Those whom explore themselves can make mistakes just like other human beings. They accepted that the decision was not so successful in solving problems. Accepting weaknesses of a decision allows us to move to another level of decision making. On the other hand, if we insisted that the decision was right or good, we will not be able to move forward and make better decisions. In any case, the important thing is that we believe the decisions that we make. Consider all factors when looking for alternatives to solve the problems. Choose the best considered alternatives and implement it. If unsuccessful, use other alternatives. As the one whom explores his own self, we must always ensure that the decisions we make do not cause new problems. In other words, the decision becomes a problem. Avoid decision which will heap problems to others because the problem is not solved, only transferred to other parties.

Set A Little Bit More Time

In conducting a related time plan, give a little more time in order to deal with any problems or difficulties arise. If thing done can be completed at a certain time, start the next thing earlier because still have the extra time from the thing that done before. If there is any trouble or difficulties in implementing the first thing, the additional time allotted can be used and does not take or 'steal' a second time thing. Planning a good time will determine the success of a person and an organization. Indeed, time is the most valuable commodity in our lives.
