Those little red berries are not very sweet. You see them mostly on holidays. Maybe someone will bring home a bottle of the juice,sometimes. There is a lot of good things in cranberries. Here are some things to look at.

Cranberries are showing promise for several other things. Gastrointestinal disorders may be helped. They may also have a positive effect on cholesterol levels. They may be beneficial in the prevention of kidney stones.

They are a good source of vitamin C. if you cannot drink the juice daily try a good supplement. They are not too expensive and might just make a difference.

Cranberry and water

If you take a good cranberry supplement, make sure and drink plenty of water. This is vital to good health and good urinary tract health. Your kidneys cannot function properly without proper water supply.

Try to get into the habit of drinking water all through the day. It can make a difference in your overall health. You may find yourself wanting more, if you drink more.
