Fact About Nutrition, We Should To Know

We didn't realize that we often ignore the nutrients in our daily food. Sometimes we think as long as our stomach is sufficient. Whereas, nutrients is the key to support the performance of our bodies. And keep our body health. We need to know about about nutrition, and sometime we ignoring that. Like:

Try to consume a portion of vegetables every day

Do you know besides containing C vitamin that good for our healthy. Tomato, carrot, lemon which are contain in salad. Also contain fiber to help remove all kinds of toxins from the body.

When the heat was came

Drink more than suggested between eight until ten glass of water. Also use energy drink, like "gatorade" maybe. When doing activities that use a lot of energy with a long duration. The fact that, 70% of our body consists of water. So, losing one or two percent. about one or two pounds, then your ability to perform activities will be reduced.


Choose the food which contain high carbohydrate, like bread, cereals, certain fruits and vegetables, yoghurt.

It supply the muscles, and as a source of energy in the body to perform various activities.We need more energy for doing something. It customizable with our diet.



Keep your bone with consume enough calsium from food which contain low fat milk and soy product

Don't worry with someone who doesn't like milk. It could replace with another food like vegetables.But, I think we all like milk, as the healthy drink. The recommended levels of calcium every day, around 800 mg.

Make sure you eat enough vegetable everyday, especially the green vegetables

The green vegetables or folic acid contain B vitamin and it is vital in the production of red blood cells. For the development and growth of body. The recommended daily around 200 mg everyday.

Always provide a bottle of water in the car

Hot air from outside the car and the cold air from inside the car is enough to makes dry skin,
dull and looks unattractive. Therefore, try to always drink water in good quantities.

If you are in a party and you can't stand to take some food.

Try to start with the meat first. Because the nature of the proteins proved rapidly filling than carbohydrates.Don't eat foods that contain high cholesterol. Love your body.

Including dressing salad that use oil as material based and using mayonnaise


Learn to love the benefit of fruits for our healthy

Enjoy the pineapple which contain C and A vitamins, iron, calcium, folate, fiber, niacin useful for smooth digestion. Enjoy the fresh of strawberry which is rich in fiber, iron, C vitamin, some B vitamins and calcium.

Eat healthy snack between mealtime.

To avoid a great hunger at the next mealtime. Try yogurt and green bean porridge

After excercise like sport try to eat and drink something that contains high-carb

When stress comes try to relax and do not hesitate to eat dark chocolate

Kind of this chocolate can stimulate the production of endorphins which is a brain chemical that can reduce stress.

Eat eggs to get the best protein source

Inside a egg rich in nutrients like protein, iron, B12, D and E vitamin. One egg contains 75 calories and 5 grams of fat. Eggs also have mono unsaturated fat inside egg yolks. It could maintain good cholesterol levels to protect the body.
