If you are looking for a healthy alternative to dieting pills, green tea helps to burn fats in our bodies. Although this tea may have an acquired taste, it also helps improving your cholesterol levels, along with Cherios.

Oolong Tea and White Tea

Oolong and white tea, my personal favorite types of tea, takes up a small percentage of consumption by Americans.

White tea leaves come from young buds and leaves. Being that they are unfermented, these teas offer the most powerful amounts of antioxidants of all teas.

Oolong tea are said to share with green tea the benefit of preventing weight gain and promoting weight loss. It also is said to help prevent tooth decay.
