Going through life can have a number if emotional affects on one’s ability to have control over ones body as well as emotions. There are times when we got through moments of sadness, happiness, joy, discouragement, and motivation. The lifestyle of a person attempting to get into their best physical shape can be very challenging. Have no fear the ultimate sticky-note solution is here to save those trying moments where you just about to the verge of self apology. It time to just off your little yellow sticky-note reminder pad and remind yourself to believe in you even when it seems that there is no one else around to believe in you. After all at the end of the day your number one biggest fan should probably be you seeing how no one in this world should be capable of loving you quite the way you do. Assume your role as the greatest fitness rock star you have ever known as you reinforce the dream of being your very best your throughout the course of the day which should be just a sticky note away from remembering why you are so much bigger and better than any temptations that can be put in front of you. In recap, in order to keep going positive reinforcements of your weigh loss goals should be constant even if you are the only one you have to believe in you. Just remember, “You’ve come too far to take orders from a cookie.” Believe your sense of self can live a life that is on point, can plan ahead, and that long term goals can override any short term attachment to the things that can potentially hold you back from the place in which you are trying to go. The weight loss battle is hard so always remember you are required to be strong. If at any time you feel as if you are not making any progress do not get discouraged you are probably just stuck in the middle and in order to move to the end from the middle one must keep going.
