Emergency Tummy Trimmers

The 24 hour fix

Hollywood actresses are known to use this method before attending a red carpet event, it is a 24 hour diet where all you eat is protein, salad and vegetables, whilst you cut out the carbohydrates, caffeine, sugar, salt and alcohol.

Leaving their stomach flat before they go out to face the world’s media.

The 8 Hour Natural fix

All of the alcohol and salty snacks that you partake of during the party season can leave you dehydrated-and dehydration can lead to constipation and bloating.

This method also gives you a natural energy boost.

You can buy linseeds from any health store, and they work well as a natural bowel stimulant, soak 1tbsp of them in water overnight and drink with lots of water the next morning.

Extremely fast

The one-hour method

Have a massage, Gerard’s Green Tea Abdomen Treatment, is a deep massage on the abdominal area that helps to firm and redefine your stomach, and for an added bonus it also lasts for up to four days

Great ideas - you must keep moving - burn the calories. One thing I do to help achieve my "keep moving" goals is to wear a step-counter on my belt - from the time I get up until bedtime. I try to break 10,steps a day which can involve some serious speed walking and rebounding. Just a important is the right kind of fat-burning diet. A great resource for ton of tips is - worth your time. ;-)
