Myelin Sheath Repair

Degeneration of the Myelin Sheath is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune process of the Central Nervous System affecting the brain, spinal cord. and optic nerves. In this process, the immune system attacks the covering or Myelin sheath. When the sheaths are damaged, it causes scarring and missed communication of nerves between the nerve endings.Steps that may be taken to promote Neuro-protection and Myelin Sheath Repair: 1.Protect and rebuild Myelin Sheath 2.Read"The Better Brain Book". 3.Use Glutathione therapy to preserve brain tissue 4. Increase Cellular Energy 5. Reduce toxicity caused by metals and chemicals in the body 6.Testing for heavy metals and essential minerals ratio. 7.Removal of heavy metals and contaminates from the body. 8.Add essential fatty acids to the diet. 9.Eliminate Candida yeast and bacterial infection. 10. use anti-oxidants to combat free radical damage. 11. Support nerve cell function and cellular Regeneration.

To protect the Myelin sheath use vitamin D3(Cholecalciferol) Vitamin D has been shown to be important in prevention of MS in mice. Vitamin D3 is the natural form of Vitamin D. A liquid Vitamin D3 supplement that has 5000 IU is best according to researchers.Using Vitamin B-12 is involved in the formation of the myelin sheath. It has a very important role in development. It seems to help repair damaged myelin in an attack. Lecithin may help to strengthen the myelin sheath and is one of the important building blocks of neural membranes, where cell to cell communication takes place.

Preserving brain tissue with Glutathione therapy is important in treatment because the Glutathione an important brain chemical and one of the most important brain antioxidants and helps preserve tissue by free radicals. It is important to find an oral Glutathione supplement that the body can absorb. The increase of cellular energy can be accomplished by taking Carnitine can help mitochondria by transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria providing energy to all cells, and the fatty acids can be burned to provide needed energy.

Nerve cell function and cellular regeneration can be accomplished by taking Calcium EAP(Ethanol phosphate) and AEP (Almino Ethanol Phosphate), and are nutritional therapies.Studies in more than the last thirty years of research, show that Calcium AEP is essential for nerve impulse regeneration and muscular contractions. It has shown that it is valuable in supporting many autoimmune conditions, as in MS. Calcium is also a neuro-transmitter and is important in playing a vital role in therapy or assisting with autoimmune responses helping screen against antibodies, viruses, and toxins.

Low levels of Vitamin B3(Niacin) and B6 can cause severe headaches.and stress. The vitamin B complex can help combat this problem. Protein rich foods such as beans, chicken, fish, and nuts are good to supplements of both vitamins. The elimination of coffee, tea, and other sources of caffeine, can be helpful. Chocolate and yeast products should be eliminated. Whey, milk, and cheese are all sources that should be eliminated in the diet, Food additives such as Tartazine((E102) and Benzoate(E210-219) should be carefully screened.

Herbs, such as Balm, Cayenne, Chamomile, elder flower, Lady Slipper, Lavender, peppermint, Rosemary, and Thyme are all good sources that may help. The uses of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and B-12, and minerals of zinc, calcium, salenium, and Magnesium are important sources. The increase of the immune response is stimulated by these minerals. Nerve tonics and digestive tonics are helpful to strengthen and feed nerve tissues. Peppermint is one of the best stimulants which is rich in volitile oils and can be helpful. A professional should select and help choose the correct amounts and types of herbs to be used as stimulants. These should not be taken without professional approval.

My review of this information is provided in order to possibly help and give support to those who may have MS or to those who have family members that have the debilitating illness. Multiple Sclerosis is a demanding problem and should be given the most serious attention in the medical field today. A cure is just over the horizon and it will someday be found! With the concerted efforts of everyone, professional and caring citizens in the communities over the country and world, we will, as a human race, solve the medical problems that face us all, and with our spirits and very souls, we can conquer all that is before us.

I am going to add something of importance to this article and feel that it may well benefit those who have MS or other neurological medical problems. On January 7, 2013, I saw on national T.V.a program dealing with a new found commonly used food product that has shown in countless cases an improvement in people suffering with neurological disorders, such as Ms and Alzheimer"s. The food product is coconut oil in butter form, commonly sold in grocery stores, The spokesperson said that she melted the butter each morning and drank it, also ate in in cereals and other foods, Coconut oil has shown to improve many who have severe medical problems. One man who could not walk now walks very well. Another, who had a stroke, could now communicate and write, whereas before he could not. Many have shown great improvements in using coconut oil in their diets, and it is said to enhance the chemical processing in the brain that prevents diseases and promotes healing of brain tissues. It is the subject of much further study now and hopeful in its progress. This is astounding and should be shared. I do hope this is a help to the many who suffer from medical problems and hope that in the near future, a strong cure will be forthcoming. It has come to my attention here in March of 2018 that artificial sweeteners may well lead to many complications for MS sufferers. Also that there may be a genetic link between those who have M.S. having been exposed to certain chemicals, as the ones used in a plant nursery and when exposed their immune systems fail. Please keep on checking as much as possible. Please do some research yourselves into this new bombshell. There are a host of types mentioned in the article. Many blessings and hang in there, to my friends. Thank you for sharing my article. Dave

I wanted to thank you for this beautiful article. I'm not sure what your profession is, but you presented this article in a beautiful fashion. The introduction of that picture is very calming and does give hope. I thik that people suffering from nerve damage have symptoms that simulate hopelessness due to the degeneration, and the fact that medical science offers little help to encourage patients. Thank you for this article presented in a nice fashion that was easy to read, and gives encouragement to read more articles. I hope that you receive feedback to encourage your endeavors. Thank you for your help.

I have also found that exposure to chemicals and harmful toxins as well as genetics, can be the root cause, or origin of MS.
