How Sugar Gets Into Your Bloodstream

Sugar is perhaps the most damaging of all food groups for various reasons. Even though carbohydrates such as bread and pasta also become sugar in the body, eating processed white sugar is more damaging. Try to avoid eating processed white sugar as much as possible.

Foods such as cookies, cakes, ice cream, candy, and sodas contain sugar. Once these sweet treats are eaten and ingested, sugar gets into your bloodstream. For diabetics, that sugar should be eliminated as quickly as possible. There are two possible ways to get that sugar out of your bloodstream.

Everyone should aim to eliminate sugar from their bloodstream as soon as possible. If you are a diabetic, your blood sugar level will spike quickly. You might think there is nothing you can do about it, but there are two things that are effective for helping you eliminate all that sugar out of your bloodstream.

If you have never tried these methods before, you will be surprised how quickly your glucose level will return to normal.

  • You can burn off sugar from your bloodstream.
  • You can flush out sugar from your bloodstream.

Both methods are effective. If you really want to lower your blood glucose level quickly, try doing both of the above.

Burn Off Sugar From Your Bloodstream

One of the best ways to burn off sugar that's in your bloodstream is by exercising. Simply moving will bring significant results. Do some physical movement by riding a stationary bicycle, jogging or doing some jumping jacks. Swing your arms in circular motions, both backward and forward. You will see great results if you do either one or all of these suggestions for at least 10 minutes or more. Do them much longer, if you can.

The most effective way to improve your health quickly is to eliminate sugar from your bloodstream as much as possible. However, once it is there, begin moving. Exercise at least five days a week.

Flush Out Sugar From Your Bloodstream

The other effective way to rid your body of sugar is to flush it out. There is a simple method for doing so. Flush sugar from your body by drinking two 8-ounce glasses of water quickly. Wait five minutes and then drink a third 8-ounce glass of water.

Needless to say, drinking all that water will cause you to urinate and flush out sugar from your bloodstream.
