After surgery for epilepsy | Source

Had surgery for epilepsy 1 1/2 years ago.

Took a picture for Hubpages, this is very true,

My hair is grown back, in my profile now,

Still look for information, I want to learn more.

Did a yahoo search, what was found was shocking!

It was a bald head, on the front page.

Of the yahoo search. Did they ask me for permission?

No, I would remember that.

Just my bald head for everyone to see.

The wig that was bought, was now worth pee.

By the way, I am not very good at poetry. And at least my hair has grown out. Will put up a new pic, on the profile page. It is still embarrassing to see my bald head on the yahoo search.

You have to be careful about what you put on the Internet -- it essentially remains there forever and can be used without your permission. Voting this Up and Interesting.

Thanks Sparklea. I think Facebook is addictive. Even though I am also on Facebook, I don't participate much either. By the way, you are loved my many also :)

      God Bless you

Michelle, I guess NO ONE is safe on the internet~I've seen ALOT of damage on Facebook, and even though I am on FB, I participate very little. So sorry for your shock, but glad you discovered it. Thank you for sharing your heart. You are loved by so many. Blessings Sparklea :)

I just laughed and thought it was weird. after all, I was bald. Once you put something on the internet, it is there forever. That is the reason, you need to be careful about what you put on the internet. Anyone, can steal your credit cards, your identity. People have had that done for a long time. Some have even gone into bankruptcy. Some have been accused of crimes they have not committed. People need to be careful.

Hi North Wind, that makes a lot of sense. I think it will probably go away as more people are having surgery. But, increasing your hub traffic does make a difference.

Hi Michele, anything we put out on the internet is indexed by search engines. That is how we get traffic to our hubs. If you put a picture of yourself out there that is original and it depicts something that people search for often but cannot find or if it is a unique picture, it will be at the top of the search engine's list. That is why we have to be careful what we put out there. Everything we put out there is available for people to see, one just has to know what to search for. Your picture was probably very unique and I do not think that there are many pictures showing what a person looks like after epileptic surgery. You can also check the search engines for the captions you wrote under your other original pictures in your hubs and you will see them as plain as day.

RNMSN It was weird, but I found it a while ago and decided to write the hub about it yesterday. Before the seizure. Weird. At least I have hair. That is a good thing.

Thank you Debbie, it was weird. But, the internet is free, so I guess you can just use what ever you want. I have no idea, I swear to God, how they got it.

You are correct. But once something is on the internet, it is there forever. At least my hair is back. This is the reason I don't use the internet for anything that is very personal.

Definitely weird, but at least it's going back to your site. I would be a little worried if the picture was no longer on your account at all!

Wow. How invasive! When you found your picture online, did you click on it? I'm curious if it linked back to your Hubpages account. Is your picture anywhere on your account now?
