Although it may seem that the only way to lose weight is to deprive yourself of the foods you like the most, and not just them. They also tell you that if you want to lose a little weight, you have to eat only almost invisible portions of foods that are very low in fat and calories. This is a great fallacy. If you want to lose weight, you can eat a little of everything. Of course, taking care not to eat too often foods with an excess of saturated fat or refined flours. You simply have to eat the amounts of food that go according to our age, weight and lifestyle. Therefore, it is advisable to consult a specialist who will advise you in each step of the process and not get carried away by the diets recommended by "influencers" on the internet. In most cases, they only seek to recommend products that leave them some financial benefit. Honestly, a lot of them care very little about their followers and their well-being.

Is it necessary to take any medication to lose weight?


That question can only be answered by a doctor who specializes in the subject. It is especially dangerous to ingest any kind of medicine to lose weight without having the constant support of a specialist. Self-medicating can cause considerable damage to health, which in some cases can be permanent. Only someone with the necessary knowledge in this matter can recommend if necessary some medicine to help you in the process of losing weight without damaging you. Of course, always taking into account important factors such as your health, age, current weight, desired weight and if you have any chronic disease that might affect your weight loss process. Remember: If your doctor prescribes any medication to lose weight, it is important that you respect the recommended amounts of meds, along with the diet that he or she suggests to you. Do not play with your health or with your body. You deserve to stay healthy while reaching your goals.

Exercise and be consistent.


You don't need to exercise until you drop. You don't need to be in the gym. That could do a lot of damage to your overall well-being. Although you may not believe it or the mass media might have led you to believe otherwise, 15 minutes of exercise a day is enough for you to maintain your weight at healthy levels. What matters here is that you need to be consistent when exercising. It is useless if one day you are going to spend more than two hours in the gym, if later you are going to spend more than a month without even lifting a finger. What matters is that you don't let a single day go by without doing even a little physical activity. What kind of exercise you might ask? Any kind you can and have time to do, from jogging, running, to playing a little basketball, swimming, or just playing a soccer match. The important thing is that you find a way to move your body.

Exercise and eat healthily as often as you can, so that you can soon begin to see results in your weight loss journey. However, this does not mean that you become obsessed with losing as much weight as possible in the shortest amount of time. Take your time, but never forget the importance of being consistent in all your efforts to lose weight. Work little by little on a daily basis and focus on the results you begin to see, no matter that at the moment, they may seem very small. Every long and beautiful journey began with a small step.
