Fun & Easy ways to energize the mind, body & soul
It is our responsibility to take care of ourselves. Our mind, body and soul need to nourished and we are really the only one who can take action.
First we have to accept that as a human, with our flaws and limitations we accept that we do make mistakes. This means taking responsibility of getting to know ourselves.despite our fears, our deep secrets and our strengths.
There are many ways to do this and ultimately it is our joy to discover. Our own energy wil help us move towards a more relaxed and energetic way of life. Try each one out for a few days and see how you feel. Hopefully these energizing tips will help guide you towards recharging your body, mind and spirit. Most of all have fun!
A warm relaxing bath is ultimate way to help your circulation and balance your energy. Bring a glass of your favorite beverage or tea before you turn down the lights, put some soft music on, light a candle and maybe some incense and then step in. Fell yourself dissolve into a pool of pleasure.
This herbal bath will invigorate your skin as rejuvenate your senses
1 cup of Epsom salts
5 drops of lavender essential oil
5 drops of ylang ylang
Add all into a steamy bath and enoy
Believe in yourself and feel confident that you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
Our brain's weight is more than 70% water. If this percentage drops below a certain point we fell tired. Drink eight glasses of water daily - and more if you are active or if it's hot. Tea, soft drinks or coffee don't count. Carry a stainless water container with you to help you keep your quota - you'll feel a lot better!
Follow your heart without asking if it's okay to do so
* Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and place your palms on your lower abdomen.
* Close your eyes, slowly inhale deeply through your nose, expanding your diaphragm, you should feel your hands move outward with your breath.
* Hold for the count of give, then exhale slowly through your mouth
Repeat 3 times

Treat your Feet!
If you have a wooden footsie roller great, if not they come in all sizes and shapes, I like mine that sits on the floor. Or a wooden rolling pin comes in handy in a pinch. Place the footsie or rolling pink on the floor, bear your food down comfortably and roll your entire foot back and forth. Concentrate on your arches and repeat. Enjoy this mini foot therapy for 5 to 10 minutes for each foot. A nice peppermint foot lotion would be a great way to finish your foot therapy as well.

Nourish your creative spirit. Try starting with writing Morning Pages from the Artist Way. Write three long hand pages each morning. It doesn't matter if you write "I don't know what to write" for three pages, it will get your creativity flowing~
Next Time your on vacation or walking near a beach or in the park, collect seashells, stones or other mementos. Fill an inexpensive clear glass vase base from your local dollar store with your found treasures. You'll be reminded of your trip, stroll in the park every time you pass by.
Kick off your shoes
Take off your shoes and walk barefoot in the grass. Let the warm or cool earth tingle your feet.
