Do your research.

With so many campaigns, faulty websites and fake products out there it is extremely important to do your research to ensure that you are getting the correct product and not actually putting something in your body that may be harmful. Points to consider when buying authentic Garcinia Cambogia tablets.

  • Can you pay with paypal?
  • Does the website have a money back guarantee?
  • Does the pill have no less than 50% Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA)?
  • Check for company reviews
  • Does the company show a photo of the bottles supplement facts?
  • Does the company offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee?
  • When you receive your Garcinia Cambogia is the bottle sealed and unopened?

What's in my Garcinia Cambogia?

Most importantly in my bottle of Garcinia Cambogia there are no fillers, binders or artificial ingredients. Per 1 capsule there is:

  • 41mg of Calcium (as hydroxycitrate) (4%)
  • 58mg of Potassium (as hydroxycitrate) (2%)
  • 500mg of Garcinia Cambogia Extract.
  • Standardized to 50% Hydroxcycitirc Acid (HCA)
  • Total Hydroxycitiric Acid (250mg.)
  • Vegetable capsules.

So how does Garcinia Cambodia work?

Garcinia Cambogia extract is made from a small fruit, shaped like a pumpkin and is known as tamarind. The HCA in the Garcinia Cambogia capsule is used to block fat by prevention of the production of an enzyme needed to store excess calories as fats.

There is also an increased level of serotonin in the brain when consuming Garcinia which in turn leads to less emotional or stressful eating. Garcinia also has the power to make you think that your full and in turn eating less which overall has the power to enhance weight loss.

My weight loss journey.

After much research, watching video responses, reading blogs and reviews I decided to shop around for my Garcinia Cambogia and give it a try. Unfortunately I would like to say now that I don't want to advertise the company that I brought my Garcinia Cambodia from as there are a lot of other extremely reliable company's out there selling Garcinia Cambodia and I feel as if I don't want to put the other companies down.

I have been religiously using Garcinia Cambogia for 6 months now and can say that it does work. I have lost 8 kilograms (or twenty pounds) using this little pill and have been able to manage to keep the weight off. Along with a healthy diet and excersize plan that has been implemented in the past 3 months. I would take one capsule 30 minutes prior to breakfast, lunch and dinner. I found that using my phone as an alarm helped me ensure that I tock the pills exactly 30 minutes prior to eating a meal.

As for my symptoms, I experienced a decrease in my appetite and emotional eating. For the first week i have slight headaches but that soon diminished. I am extremely happy and look forward to my new healthier body and its all thanks to this one little miracle pill Garcinia Cambogia.

Dissecting the Pill.

Just in case any of you are interested I have taken a photograph of the inside contents of Garcinia Cambodia. To the left you will see that the pill comes in a disolvable outside which leaves this creamy colored powered residue. The powder is completely odorless and tastes almost bitter. :)

For all the men out there.

In-case any of you boys/men are reading this out there I would also like to say that my partner underwent the Garcinia Cambodia trails/tests with me he to also experienced no symptoms however found it extremely difficult to stick to the half an hour before each primary meal. My partner also managed to loose 3 kilograms using the small diet pills, he said that his hunger decreased and his energy increased. The campaign that we brought our Garcinia Cambogia off said that there was defiantly going to be some type of increase of Muscle Mass, however my partner does go to the gym six days a week to lift weights and he said that he hasn't noticed any difference in 'muscle mass.'

My partner went through an entire bottle of Garcinia Cambodia without changing his diet plan or exercise he weighed in at 120 kilograms his more of a muscular build ;-) His total weight loss was 3.2 kilograms (which is roughly 7pounds of fat.) He however decided to stop consuming the Garcinia Cambodia as he found it extremely difficult to stick to the remembering of the thirty minutes before a meal. He also told me to say that in his mind if he doesn't stick to the plan then it's a "Waste of Money."

Have you tried Garcinia?
