Hemorrhoids are usually known as piles and can occur when the veins in the lower rectal area and the anus become swollen and inflamed due to added pressure or strain.

The lesser the strain and the lesser the pressure means lesser aggravation on your already present hemorrhoids and thus help in preventing more hemorrhoids from occurring. Increasing your water intake is very effective in keeping the bowels moving and helps to avoid digestive dysfunction.

Regular exercise is important because it can help get rid of hemorrhoids. People who are regularly exercising have more regular bowel movements. Exercising has also proven to be an effective stress reliever, it can help relieve unnecessary tension that can bring about hemorrhoids.
