Get rid of Chubby Cheeks

How to get rid of chubby cheeks!?
I used to have chubby cheeks too! And just like you I hated it!
If you do everything I did, you'll notice the difference in like a week!

Here's what I did:
First you need to Drink a lot of water! I know you are sick of hearing this, but it actually works! Drink 7 glasses of water every day, if you cant handle 7 glasses a day, try 5 or 6, no less than 5 glasses of water.

2- Face exercises, cheeks are made of fat and muscles, So you need to do Face exercises to get rid of that fat and shape those muscles.
Now I did this 4 times a day for 5 or 10 minutes, no less than 5
*Smile really big, exaggerate it, showing your teeth and hold it for as long as you can, until you feel it on your cheeks, then release and then suck your cheeks as if you were doing a fish face (like the gray face above) and hold it for as long as you can, then go back to big smile then fish face, etc...
Do this for like 2 minutes or more,
*Close your mouth as if you were whistling like the yellow face above, and open wide as if you were yelling (like the male face above), do this really quick open,close,open,close,etc...
Do this for like a minute or more.
*Smile really big again, but now without showing your teeth, do this for as long as you can, relax for 10 seconds And do it again.
Do this for 2 minutes or more.
*Blow your cheeks, one side at a time, do this quick. for like a minute or more.
*Move your head up and down and side to side, for like a minute or more if you can.

3- If you want faster results, you need to eat less than you used to. you know if you drink a full glass of water before and after you eat, it will help you to have less appetite and you'll lose weight too!
If you do this you'll see the difference faster, though is not necessary for getting rid of ur chubby cheeks.

4- Jump! Dance! Walk! or Run!
Do one of this a couple of minutes a day! This will also help too! at least it helped me!

5- Be patient!
Don't expect to see a difference tomorrow like I thought too, it'll take time.
OK, you can start looking in the mirror three days after you've done all this.

Follow the faces above if you are not sure how to make some of the exercises.
If you do everything I did!, my little friends you'll see the difference!

      you forgot to go sleep. it's crucial to get enough sleep or your face will start to sag. this is most noticeable around the eyes but it affects your entire face too

      I'm almost 17 & my cheeks are mega chubby, I'm gonna try this even it works or nah, trying is better than doing nothing at all xx

      So how long did it take you to lose all of your busyness on your cheeks? Will it take the same length for me? I Am 14 btw

      Well, I'm quite self-conscious about my chubby cheeks and I sincerely hope this works. It might just be baby fat, though, since I'm fifteen. If this doesn't work, I'll simply assume it's baby fat and hope it disappears over time.

      I'm about 165 and I'm 14. I'm not the skinniest but I'm not fat. My cheeks are insanely chubby and it bugs me so much. I really hope these works.

      I'm sixteen, although it may be baby fat it bothers me the way my face looks ( like I'm hiding acorns in my mouth!) Hope these work :) Plus I am in relatively good shape so I'll step it up a notch and see how this works... Thanks for this post

      you said 3 days after i should see i result. I don't see anything and it has been a week. I have a round head but im not sure if that affects my muscle structure to or not. I'm 16 so i could be baby fat or due to my genetics but should i continue doing them?

      It will work on anyone over time it might take some longer than others. but you have to do it everyday! i know its hard if your at school or you work ...but when u have time do it for at least 15 minutes everyday cos just like losing weight when u diet if u give in and eat lots of chocolate you've ruined your diet and you wont see weight just like facial exercises if you don't continuously do them you WONT see results! patient, you will see a difference, b'cos I did and my face looks more youthful and not lots of lose skin on the cheeks, having more of a bone structured face makes it look more attractive. do the fish face exercise , then look up to the ceiling and feel pressure under ur chin......exaggerate your smile...chew a lot on like chewing gum but exaggerate it really exercise your face till it burns but don't over do it cos your face will really start to ache. but just exercise lots!..drink at least 6 glasses of water. don't eat too much salty or sugary foods, keep away from soda. eat plenty of fruit. stay healthy. go jogging or dance. then you will see results. just don't expect them overnight.

      i wish it was as simple as you say but its extremely hard and pressurising for certain people and i have school on top n have dancing n go out with friends

      Hello there!

      Well I was dealing with chubby cheeks for 21 years! I'm 23 now, so Long enough. And yes I was very skinny too, so I didn't make any sense.

      It might be baby fat, because you are so young still.

      What helped me a lot, was drinking a lot of water, avoid salt and sugar as much as you can (for now). I did this exercises I mentioned, like 3 times a day and jumped rope 2 times a day. Running and walking helped me a lot too. You'll see changes in a couple of weeks. If you can get into any sport or dancing classes would help too. I'm currently doing zumba which helped me a lot too. You should try it.

      Well there you have , try some of this ideas and keep me posted!

      Don't forget your still very young!

      How old were you when you dealt with chubby cheeks? I'm 15 and I have always had chubby cheeks. I'm really skinny and relatively small, but I have fat around my jaw line. I don't know if it's baby fat or what. What do you suggest?
