Get rid of Chubby Cheeks
How to get rid of chubby cheeks!?
I used to have chubby cheeks too! And just like you I hated it!
If you do everything I did, you'll notice the difference in like a week!
Here's what I did:
1- First you need to Drink a lot of water! I know you are sick of hearing this, but it actually works! Drink 7 glasses of water every day, if you cant handle 7 glasses a day, try 5 or 6, no less than 5 glasses of water.
2- Face exercises, cheeks are made of fat and muscles, So you need to do Face exercises to get rid of that fat and shape those muscles.
Now I did this 4 times a day for 5 or 10 minutes, no less than 5
*Smile really big, exaggerate it, showing your teeth and hold it for as long as you can, until you feel it on your cheeks, then release and then suck your cheeks as if you were doing a fish face (like the gray face above) and hold it for as long as you can, then go back to big smile then fish face, etc...
Do this for like 2 minutes or more,
*Close your mouth as if you were whistling like the yellow face above, and open wide as if you were yelling (like the male face above), do this really quick open,close,open,close,etc...
Do this for like a minute or more.
*Smile really big again, but now without showing your teeth, do this for as long as you can, relax for 10 seconds And do it again.
Do this for 2 minutes or more.
*Blow your cheeks, one side at a time, do this quick. for like a minute or more.
*Move your head up and down and side to side, for like a minute or more if you can.
3- If you want faster results, you need to eat less than you used to. you know if you drink a full glass of water before and after you eat, it will help you to have less appetite and you'll lose weight too!
If you do this you'll see the difference faster, though is not necessary for getting rid of ur chubby cheeks.
4- Jump! Dance! Walk! or Run!
Do one of this a couple of minutes a day! This will also help too! at least it helped me!
5- Be patient!
Don't expect to see a difference tomorrow like I thought too, it'll take time.
OK, you can start looking in the mirror three days after you've done all this.
