Wheat and Gluten free low carb peanut or almond butter bread
This simply delicious and simple to make bread offers a high protein and carb free alternative to regular bread - plus it is wheat, gluten and dairy free! For the almond butter version just replace the peanut butter with almond butter.
1 cup peanut or almond butter
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Combine the eggs and peanut or almond butter together until smooth, add in vinegar, mix, add in dry ingredients. Put into greased loaf tin and bake 350 for 30-35 mins. Cool on wire rack. Makes 12 slices.
