Got Dandruff?

Lavender Essential Oils Can Help With Dandruff

Do you suffer from bad dandruff? No matter what you do, it just won't go away! Well I will tell you a natural way to defeat that dry itchy scalp! Essential oils are a perfect way to help with your well-being as a whole. Diluting a small amount of lavender oil in your normal hair care routine, or in your conditioner, should work wonderfully. Personally, I used lavender in my hair mask. My hair mask is 1/4 cup extra virgin oil with 5 drops of lavender oil. I massage this mixture into my scalp and leave on for 20-30 minutes depending on how bad the dandruff is. I then rinse out the mask with shampoo and cold water. Condition as usual. Make sure you really scrub your scalp, but not too hard. After one wash, I looked and my head was completely free of dandruff! Lavender oil is anti-fungus, moisturizing, plus it smells good! Use this mixture 1-3 times a week depending on how bad your dandruff is.

*Please note that I am not a doctor, and if you have bad results or irritation occurs, contact your physician.*
