Gratitude and The Law of Attraction

Updated on July 9, 2013

Are you unhappy with your life currently? But no matter how hard you try and struggle you just can't get ahead or catch a break? Well do I have a secret for you that is going put the wheels in motion to help all of that. With a few minutes a day in the morning and evening you can change your entire path in life for the better.

What You Have Now

What do you have in your life right now that you can be grateful for? This is the first step. It might be your children, your home, your warm bed... it might just be your ability to read this article. Whatever you have right now that you are grateful for write it down. Make a list.

AM and PM

Every morning and every evening write down a new thing to add to the list and reread the list. What this does is it puts you in a new state of mind. So instead of going through your day noticing all the bad things you start to look for what to be grateful for so you can add it to your list. This is reprogramming you to see the good in others, situations, moods and so on.

Keep it Positive

As you are writing down each grateful statement keep it positive. For example... I am so happy and grateful now that I have a car the runs. This is positive, you are focusing on a running car. If you worded it.... I am so happy and grateful now that I have a car that is not broke down... you are focusing on the broke down car. I know this seems trivial but just trust me in the long run you want to focus on the running car.

Make it a Habit

Stay on task with this for at least two weeks so it becomes a habit. You want gratitude to become a habit for you and I promise this one little exercise will change your life in BIG ways.
