The green tea extract has many benefits and is highly popular among people that want to lose weight, as it is the diet pill with the lowest risk on the market, but there are some minor side effects that must be noted, especially if someone suffers from a condition, than the green tea extract should be administered with precaution.

Green Tea Extract Side Effects

The most consumed liquid in the world after water is green tea. Although it has many beneficial properties, there are some adverse effects associated with the green tea, and especially with the green tea extract.Its consumption indeed, has a large number of benefits, that make the negative effects of green tea do not have too much influence in a person's decision to stop drinking green tea.

Although consumption of green tea beverages does not have too many side effects, the green tea extract, however, correlated with certain diseases of the person
consuming it can cause certain adverse effects:
Psychological problems associated with the consumption of green tea extract, are probably due the caffeine content in it, and it can cause irritation, confusion, insomnia.
Skin problems: Some people said that after consumption of green tea extract havenoticed the appearance of skin irritation, itching.
Digestion Problems: Green tea extract is a major side effect constipation or diarrhea,stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, increased urination, loss of appetite.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid even the green tea extract and green tea in general due to adverse effects that might bring a risk factor.

      ...I love green and drink it often. However, I am trying to cut back on caffeine and have found a green tea with no caffeine in it. It is good to know about the side affects. You have done an outstanding job with this hub. Forwarding it on to friends. Rated up!
