Good Day Mates Today I am going to brief on how to keep your health fit and fine. The first thing you need to do is get up early in the morning and start doing Yoga and Meditation and then you can walk for another half an hour. Take bath after half an hour. Then take your breakfast by 9:00 a.m. Breakfast should not contain any heavy food or even rice is not allowed for breakfast. Then by 1:30 in the afternoon you should have your Lunch. The lunch should contain a bowl of Rice, curd/Dhal. After that walk for half an hour as in today’s world we work by sitting at a place. So you need some walk in between. After that have a cup of coffee or tea by 4:30 in the evening. Then you can have a good walk in the evening by 7:30 if possible. After that by 9:00 in the evening you have to have your dinner. A low fat dinner is safe. Avoid rice for dinner. This will keep you healthy and fit. I forgot to tell you one. You can have green tea in the morning before half an hour of breakfast with an empty stomach.
