How to Loose Weight By Eating Mango – Surprised?

Updated on August 21, 2016

Loose Weight – Eat Healthy & Exercise:

If you are really serious to loose weight and stay fit then the first thing you should honestly know and realize is that it is not a short term goal to be achieved and every human body behaves differently when it comes to losing weight in a healthy and natural way. Please do not commit any deadline to yourself and try to make it easy and fun while you start your plan to lose weight and do remember that it's not only about nutrition but having good, sound sleep and exercise is equally important. There is simply no magic or shortcut, and while this may seem obvious to some people it is overlooked far, far, too often.

I begin the chapter on weight loss by stating that I believe there are only two ways to truly manage weight, through exercising and eating healthy. There simply is no magic shortcut, and while this may seem obvious to some people it is overlooked far, far, too often. Think of your body like your Car. When everything is running smoothly in the car, the car gives excellent mileage and doesn’t stop midway. Even my family seems to get along better when the car is in order and running smoothly. The same applies to our body. All of our systems depend on one another and if one is out of balance, the others can suffer, making weight loss a long painful task to be achieved.

Oh yes! You may be feeling surprised but it is true that if we eat mango in a right way and at the right time with right combination then it will help in reducing the weight of your body.

Mango should be taken in the breakfast or during lunch, before 1-2 pm. Mango is a rich food with high vitamins, calories, and potassium. Eating mango afternoon gives a bad result because the body is unable to burn the calories by the time you go to bed and results in fat in the body. Also, the body is unable to absorb the potassium which results in bloating of the body. Eating mango before 1-2 pm gives sufficient time to the body to burn the calories and absorb the potassium and vitamins as the body is in action. Mango taken with milk, sugar or eaten at night will result in weight gain and you will not be able to loose weight.

Cut mango into small pieces and have it during breakfast. Mango can also be taken as a smoothie. Mango is very rich in vitamin c and it helps in increasing the immune system of the body. Add musk melon and ginger with mango and create smoothie which is very good in taste and will also help in losing weight while you will enjoy the tasty mango. You can mix apple, jamun, musk melon and create a fruit chat. Please do not add salt to the fruit chat. Adding salt will give you the negative result and weight loss will go for a toss.

Mango can be taken with coconut milk which adds more value to your diet. It can also be taken during lunch while having rice but make sure that you do not go to sleep after having mango in your lunch.

The suggested quantity of mango during breakfast / lunch is 150-250 gm.

Have faith and belief in yourself that you can attain what you want and your mental strength will help you in reducing weight loss. Do not compare yourself with others as each body has its own unique features. Mango is one of the best fruit which is very good in taste and also helps in reducing weight. Have faith on yourself and go conquer the world.
