You can mix apple, jamun, musk melon and create a fruit chat. Please do not add salt to the fruit chat. Adding salt will give you the negative result and weight loss will go for a toss.
Mango can be taken with coconut milk which adds more value to your diet. It can also be taken during lunch while having rice but make sure that you do not go to sleep after having mango in your lunch.
