Happiness, Myth or Real

Updated on July 23, 2012

What is Happiness

Merriam Webster dictionary defines happiness as a state of well being and contentment; a pleasurable or satisfying experience. But what is happiness?

The Constitution says we have a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Where do we find happiness?

Is Happiness Real?

Is happiness real or a myth? How do we know if we have found happiness? Does happiness last?

In this day and age with all the bad that is happening how can anyone find happiness. The news is full of murders, terrible weather, one catastrophe after another. There are more cases of depression and people withdrawing into themselves.

I have rad numerous articles on happiness. From my summation I find that happiness is within yourself. You have to pay attention to how you feel about things. Do things that make yourself feel alive. Helping someone will make you happy.

Happiness is a way of thinking. Happiness is in your heart.

Conclusion

Is Happiness real? I believe you have to make your own happiness. Look inside yourself, find out what makes you happy and do it. Make yourself your priority, after all you only live once. So make the most out of your life.

What makes you happy?
