In crystal therapy, healing crystals are placed on or around the body. They are placed on specific energy points on the body, known as the chakras.

The word chakra comes from the Sanskrit word ‘wheel of light or vortex’. There are mainly seven chakras in the human body. These chakras are the seven power points that help in circulating our life’s energy throughout our body. The seven chakras are located on a ‘power line’, which runs from the head to the head to the base of the spine through the centre of the body. The main function of the chakras is to regulate the flow of energy in our body. Proper functioning of the chakras is therefore very essential for good health.

Crystals are capable of interacting with the human body. There is a specific crystal for each chakra. The chakras metabolize and supply vital energy or prana energy to various system and organs of the body. The crystals carry vibrations that activate positive vibes within the body; and thereby have positive effects on the body as well as on everything that surrounds it.
