Fruits and vegetable juice helps us combat disease in a natural way while reducing causative factors that can arise from to much cholesterol and processed food intake, they are healthy and could be responsible for our longevity. Their natural nutrient rich nature offers us a convenient way to tantalize our tongue while gaining the benefit of fruit drinks.

There is a very large number or verity of fruits and vegetable that can supplement our diet while offering us good nutritional benefits at the same time detoxifying or cells/organs and enriching or blood. They stimulate, cleanse and reinvigorate us with their phytonutrient riches.


You can find grapes almost in every country, they are very durable tough and good to eat. Grapes are usually cast with fruits such as blue berries, raspberries, strawberries and grapes; they are eaten fresh as fruit salads or juiced. Making grape juice is moderately easy if you know what you are doing, to make the juice you need to follow the simple guidelines bellow

1 Extract the grapes from its stock, by picking each one individually

2 Wash thoroughly in cold or warm water to remove germs

3 Squish the grapes by mashing them with a wooden implement or blunder

4 Put the mashed grapes in a cooking pot and boil on low flame for 12 minutes

5 Check the blends consistency by mashing it up to avoid clogging

6 Sieve the juice into a cup or container and allow to cool

Orange juice is much easier to make than grape juice all you need is a blender. Bellow is how to make orange juice

1 get about 10 full sized oranges

2 Wash thoroughly in cold water to remove dirt form the surface

3 Cut the orange into 2 or 4 half’s

4 Remove the seeds with you fingers or a spoon

5 Extract the juice with a motorized citrus blender, fruit juice extractor or manual juice extractor.

6 Remove roughages or leave if you fill like chewing some

7 Serve fresh or refrigerated

Another method

1 peel the orange and cut into half

2 use an extractor to remove the juice

3 make a syrup by putting sugar into water and boil

4 add the syrup to the orange juice

5 refrigerate and serve cold

This method works but you will not get 100% orange fruit juice, some people use the second method because they may find the taste of the orange to sweet.

How to make tomato juice

Making the juice

1 use an adequate number of tomatoes (3 pounds)

2 Wash thoroughly to remove black spots, dirt and germs.

3 Cut them into small slices

4 Cut celery and add to mixture

5 Chop up a small onion and add

6 Add a tablespoon of sugar

7 1 teaspoon of salt

8 Simmer in stainless steel for 30 minutes with lid open

9 Force mixture through a strainer or sieve

10 Return to cooker and bring to a boil

11 Allow to cool completely

12 Then store securely in an airtight container

13 Refrigerate and serve cold

Making mixed fruit juice

First carefully select fresh fruits that you want to use for your drink to make a refreshing blend with the aim of achieving a 100% fruit drink.
