1. Wake up early in the morning.
2. A morning walk for atleast 2 km is necessary for health.
3. Consume atleast 3 glass of water, in empty stamoch
4. After the morning walk, take a luke warm bath.
5. A small break-fast, containing a boiled egg and two slice of bread. Between 8 to 8.30 am
6. Lunch in between 1.30 to 2.00 pm
7. Dinner by 9.00 pm
8. Go to sleep at 10 p.m.
