Health Is In What You Do And Think
“Your body is your temple...” Is the old adage from the bible, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, meaning that the body is a gift from God and not your own and one should honor God with your body. Not only should one keep the body in good health but the mind and soul as well. Exercising and eating healthy are not all that is to keeping and maintaining a clean bill of health. Saying and thinking positive are imperative of maintaining health play an integral part. Not only will one feel jovial on the inside but it will radiate to the outside. People have heard that actions speak louder than words, but when dealing health, both actions and words are just as dynamic and impactful as one another and should remain intact when keeping up with one's health. People need to instill and have enamored self-belief, confidence, encouragement, or anything along the lines that promotes positivity into self. This will help to do the necessary actions (eating and exercising) for a long period of time or give it longevity, because it is easy to derelict after someone's sees a little bit of results or no results at all. It is best to set goals and stick to a regimen. Being active and staying positive are not only promoting health but it can have an infectious effect. Where one can walk anywhere and he or she can make everyone around him or her feel good, because one is feeling, looking good as well as saying good things when one interact with people. One is exuding a great sense of self worth and confidence and this can rub off onto people. This type of feelings that one has when being active by exercising and eating healthy on a daily basis and saying and thinking positive can have resounding effects with whomever someone's is interacting with or doing, because it comes off as natural, in which it is. So the key in staying health (physical) and having a peace of mind is to eating foods that nourishes the body, mind, and soul, exercising, and talking and thinking constructively. If one does this, he or she can live a healthy and happy life.
