On calls and during the duty, you speak a lot on phone which causes strain on the important part of your body which is throat and larynx. So to avoid this problem and to relax them, you are advised to drink lots of water and also some alcohol free fluids.
6. HEALTHY FOOD -
Oily, overcooked and greasy food will make you sleepy and also much inactive, you need a proper balanced diet to keep yourself awake, healthy and aware. Skipping meals and overeating is dangerous when your mind is on high alert. If you don't eat well cooked food, you will feel inactive, your listening and speaking capabilities will suffer.
