The human body and the brain is mostly water. Since many biological functions are dependant on water, it is reasonable to assume a few glasses a day will be helpful to your health and well being. If you don't care for the taste of water, there is a variety of options to add flavor to water. It is possible to have great taste and drink healthy too.
