In addition to regular exercise, you will also want to add some fat burning foods to your daily menu to help trim your waistline. Some foods are better than others and they can improve the metabolism rate, so try to incorporate these top fat burning foods into your diet. They will satisfy your hunger and speed up the metabolism so that your body can burn excess fat and help take those inches off your waist. 

Berries- probably you already know that fiber is essential for a good digestion. In addition, eating foods rich in fiber will reduce your appetite, keeping you satisfied throughout the day. This is why you should eat berries, which are one of the best sources of roughage and fibers. 

Eggs- These foods are rich in quality protein and can help you burn fat around your middle. More than that, eggs are an excellent source of the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.

Peanuts- Despite the fact that peanuts contain a significant number of calories, they reduce blood sugar levels and fight against the extra weight. These foods are also a good source of fiber and protein, vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, and antioxidants. They help you maintain good levels of fat burning hormones in your body because of their high content of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. 

Hot Peppers- These spicy treats will speed up your metabolism due to the chemical capsaicin. This substance releases stress hormones and improves your metabolism rate, helping you to burn calories. 

Lean Turkey- Lean turkey has long been a top food for active people and body builders alike. This food contains a protein that is considered to have the greatest biological importance because it helps you build muscles and burn fat. Lean proteins can also be found in skinless chicken breast, fish, and cuts of red meat.
