Carbohydrate is kind of fuel which very good for the body and brain. This substance is also a source of quick energy and long lasting energy. To increase the carbohydrate metabolism required kind of fiber which also helps against reducing energy. Fruits have good fiber, because it is smoother and less caused interference.
slightest activity requires energy, especially if our work requires a lot of energy. Working more than three hours with eat anything caused declining blood sugar levels and energy. By eating regularly make our body always full of energy. So our body not easy tired. Choose the food which contain nutritionally balanced. If you feel hungry before the meal arrives. You can eat fruits or food contain rich of fiber. Other foods which rich in iron substance like dark green leafy vegetables, fish, red meat, cereals.

Drink a glass of water every hours or minimum two liters of water everyday. Drink water also good for body's metabolism and avoid the kidney disorders or dehydration.
Choose kind of Juice, Honey or Green Tea
After doing a lot of activities, we usually drink water, use energy drink or consume supplements to restore the stamina. Actually all the fatigue can be overcome with a cup of green tea, a spoonful of honey or a glass of fruit or vegetable juice.
Less of rest not only caused decreasing of stamina. The body is also vulnerable to disease. Rest enough also help us to recover the stamina after doing a lot of activities.
Doing Sport regularly
We all know that doing sport is good for us. And it give us a lot of benefit. For mentally or physically. Such as reducing weight loss, reduced fat, increasing energy and vitality.
