Ingredients

  • 1 cup of non- fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large peeled banana (or 2 small bananas)
  • 3 peeled kiwi fruits
  • 0.5 cup of strawberries
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup of ice cubes

Steps

  • Slice the banana
  • Cut the kiwi fruit and strawberries into chunks
  • Measure the required amounts of yogurt, pineapple juice and ice cubes
