Why High Acid Foods?

Fertilization is the start of pregnancy. It happens when a sperm unites with the ovarian egg. There are basically two types of sperms: x and y. Millions of x and y sperms are released during an ejaculation, but only one of them is needed to fertilize the egg. If it is the x sperm that fertilizes the egg, a baby girl will form; if it is the y sperm, a baby boy. The x sperms love an acidic environment but the y sperms don’t. The y sperms will die when the pH level is too low. FYI, when the female pH level is low it means that the body is acidic, and vice versa. Fruits: prunes, plums, cranberries, grapefruit, tamarind

Vegetables: squash, corn, lentils, olives

Nuts: cashew, peanuts, walnuts, pecans, legumes

Meat: beef, liver, shellfish, tuna, sardines

Dairy: butter, cheese

Oil: avocado oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, sesame oil

Grains: rye bread, oats, brown rice, and wheat

Beverages: cocoa, coffee

Spread: honey, jam, jelly, mayonnaise

Condiment: soy sauce, vinegar, and ketchup

NOTE: There are other natural ways to increase acidity level of your body. Moreover, experts recommend a 60-40 percent ratio of alkaline to acid foods for optimum health. For this reason the baby girl diet should only be tried during your most fertile days until pregnancy is confirmed.
