- Hot water + sour lime juice + 1/2 teaspoon of salt is an excellent home remedy for constipation.

- Swallow linseeds ( 1 teaspoon ) with water before every meal for good results .

- 1 to 3 tablespoons of Flaxseed ( crushed ) 2 - 3 times a day will help with chronic constipation.

- Aloe vera juice 60ml. twice a day .

- Make a mixture 1/2 glass of water + 1/4 teaspoon of Epsom salt and drink it .

- Make a mixture of carrot juice + spinach juice ( equal ) drink this juice at night ,before bed.

- Make a mixture of almond oil 2 teaspoon + milk 1 glass drink this mixture at night.

- Yoga asanas such as bhujansana, shalabhasana, yogamudra, dhanurasana, halasana, paschimotanasana and Pranayamas such as anuloma-viloma and bhastrika are also helpful in curing constipation .
