Home Workouts - Why not start working out at home
So you don't have time to go to the gym and you want to start working out. If this is your case, then home is the best place for you to start toning your body. I don't go to a gym to do my workouts, as I love doing them at home. I have a full-time 9 to 6 job plus I like writing articles from where I also earn some money and it is very very difficult to spare some time for going to gym or a local park outside.
This is the reason why I started working out at home around three years back and still I am doing that. You can also do the same thing. You just need to know about a few exercises that can be done at home to start your home workout regimen. Below are a few workouts that can be done in a very easy way at home:
1. Push ups: Pushups are the easiest quick workouts that can be done at home. You can do your pushups basically anywhere you are. At home or in the office, you just need a floor and start doing it. I will tell you how you can do them. Lay down on the floor in prone position and put your both hands on the floor. Now raise up your body on your toes and hands and start pumping on the floor. The idea is that you should bring your chin up as much as you can, chest to touch the floor, and your toes stretched out. This is a simple form of push up as can see in the pics below.

2. Stretching workouts: You can also do stretching exercises of various forms to improve your health and overall body image. Some quick stretching workouts include sternocleidomastoid stretch, anterior shoulder stretch, external rotation stretch, back and abdominal stretches, back arch stretch, piriformis stretch, gluteal stretch, kneeling quad stretch, plantar fascia stretch and many more. All these exercises can be done at the comfort of home and without the need of any exercise equipment or a partner. 3. Strengthening workouts: There are various strengthening exercises that can be done at home. Again there is no need of any equipment or partner for doing them. Some of them are well known quick workouts like leg raises, core strengthening exercises like core muscle strengthening, stabilization exercises, quad strengthening exercises, and other leg exercises. So above were a few fitness workouts that you can start doing at home without the need of any exercise device, any exercise partner, or any need of taking an expensive gym membership. Just spare some time at home for your health, make a timetable on which exercises to do on which days, make your home workout regime and move on your way to better life and prosperity because if your body is healthy, you and your family will prosper. Now you have no reason to not start working out at home.
