Homemade Remedies for Sore/Painful Feet.
We all get sore feet from different thing such as shopping and work. Feet get tired and painful after a long day a work with killer heals or after long hours of shopping in a mall for grocery or clothing. By the time you get home you want nothing but put your feet and rest below is a list of few home remedies that may ease the pain in your feet.
Epsom Salt- Put 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt in a basin of warm water and soak your feet for about 15 minutes dry and put lotion because Epsom salt dries the skin.
Baking soda- add some baking soda in a basin and then soak you feet in for about 30 minutes and then empty the basin and put plain warm water and soak for another 10 minutes and apply lotion when you are done.
Carbonated water- soak your feet in sugarless and plain carbonated water it helps refresh your feet and soothe your feet.
Peppermint Oil- add a few drops of peppermint oil in warm water and soak your feet for about 20 minutes and then moisturizer.
Vicks Vapor Rub- wash your feet and then apply Vicks vapor rub on your feet and then wear some socks overnight. In the morning your feet will feel refreshed.
Massage olive oil on tired it helps with easing the pain.
Plain hot water works well too just soak you feet in hot water and relax for 2 minutes and then in cold water for 10 seconds repeat this for about 15 minutes. Make sure the water is not too hot or too cold.
The other best thing to invest in a home spa basin the one you plug in and put your feet in and relax and always have essential oils like tree oil and peppermint oil in your bathroom cupboard.
