How To Get Rid Of Piles?

Updated on August 2, 2012

What is piles?

Piles or haemorrhoids is one of the most common ailments today. It is a varicose and often inflamed condition of the veins, inside or just outside the rectum. In external piles, there is a lot of pain but not much bleeding. In the case of internal piles, there is discharge of dark blood. In some cases the veins burst and this results in what is known as bleeding piles.

The Symptoms

Most common symptom is pain at passing stool. There are two types of piles – one is called bleeding piles and another is non-bleeding piles. The patient cannot sit comfortably due to itching , discomfort, and pain in the rectal region.

Cause of piles

The primary cause of piles is chronic constipation and other bowel disorders. The straining in order to evacuate the constipated bowels, and the pressure thus caused on the surrounding veins leads to piles.

Other causes are prolonged periods of standing or sitting , strenuous work, obesity, general weakness of the tissues of the body, mental tension, and heredity.

Three of four figs should be soaked overnight in water after being cleaned thoroughly in hot water. They should be taken first thing in the morning along with the water in which they were soaked. They should also be taken in evening in the similar manner. This treatment should be continued for three or four weeks. The tiny seeds of the fruit possess all excellent quality of stimulating peristaltic movement of the intestines. This facilitates easy evacuation of faeces and keeps the alimentary canal clean. The pressure on the anus thus being relieved, the hemorrhoids also contract.

There are several home and natural treatment available for piles. Exercise and lifestyle can also be helpful in treating piles. But I personally found that the Homeopathy is the best in the lot.

A few years ago when my daughter was about 7 years old, we discovered that she is suffering from acute piles. She used to literally cry at the time of passing stool. One morning we went to see a homeopathic doctor as per the recommendation of one of our neighbors. The doctor took us in his chamber and asked a series of questions regarding the diseases, the lifestyle of my daughter, her habits, her tests, her allergies, the time when the pain aggravates, when it subsides and a lot more. The doctor took note of all those points in a note book and wrote the name of my daughter on the cover page. He told us that that it was called the patient history book and for each and every patient there must have the history book. After completion of the interview he gave us two dozes of medicine consisting of very small quantity of white powder wrapped in white paper. He instruction of use was as follows:

Take one cup of water

Pour one doze of medicine in it

Rotate the water twenty times in clockwise direction with a clean spoon

Take it in empty stomach in next morning.

The same procedure had to follow for the subsequent morning also and the date of next visit was exactly after one month.

We were in a panic and asked the doctor to give some emergency pain relief which might be used if necessary during the month. But the doctor was confident and refused to give any other medicine. He also warned us not to take any medicine other than what he has prescribed and assured us that such situation would not arise at all.

Although we were not fully convinced but we had no other alternative except following his instructions. We came back home and gave her the first doze in the next morning. To our astonishment she didn’t cry that day. The second doze also had been given in the next morning following exactly the same procedure as the doctor recommended. We counted days one .. two .. three .. twenty nine .. thirty. It was a miracle! She was alright throughout the month.

We took her to the doctors chamber on the prescribed day. After examing her the doctor called us and shown that the grape-like thing has almost vanished! We were so happy and grateful to the doctor! We continued the treatment for another six months and then she was completely cured. Several years has been past. Now she is a grown up girl and till date she has not suffered the same pain again!

If you decide to go for the homeopathy treatment for any diseases just try to find an experience doctor. The methodology for Homeopathy treatment is totally different from that of other forms of medicine system.

Your body will be better off when you find a natural hemorrhoids treatment. External hemorrhoids can be cured naturally if you know where to look for the proper information. You should only consider surgery as a last resort when trying to find a external hemorrhoids cure.
