Sometimes some people are experiencing cramps, leg cramps in particular. They felt stiffness and hardness of the muscle in the leg or in other parts of the body such as in the stomach. Leg cramps are not isolated. It always happened even with the healthiest people.

I have experienced leg cramps too. My feet and legs are becoming stiff and hard. After a while that I was able to get over it, the muscle in my legs is hurting and I feel uncomfortable because of the pain.

  • Straight your legs and hold your toe towards you, or

      Thanks @rosemary50. I wrote this because I always had leg cramps before. I would be hypocrite if I deny I don't experience leg cramps anymore but it is lesser now. I am looking forward to start living a healthy life.
