I remember a visit to my friend's place when I heard a loud groaning sound from just below his apartment and he told me that the person staying below is suffering from kidney stones and is having severe pain. Also he is looking for how to treat kidney stone, as he does not believe in allopathic medicine. I remember this herbal treatment since my childhood through which the stones vanish astonishingly and one can get it verified through ultrasound also. I have seen thousands have got 100% benefit through this and also it prevent kidney stone formation in the future. So, I am writing this article only to share that natural remedy.

How Do You Get Kidney Stones

There are several reasons behind formation of kidney stones and a few of them are as follows:

1. Dietary supplement of calcium tablets: Excessive dietary supplement of calcium tablets for prolong duration that is more than 5 years increases the risk of getting calcium kidney stones.

2. Excessive vitamin D supplement is also associated with increasing the risk of calcium kidney stones.

3. Animal proteins increases the acidic pH level of our urine, so to balance the pH level our body extracts calcium from bone which is also a factor causing calcium kidney stones.

4. Excessive alcohol intake dehydrates our body and this is how do you get kidney stones.

5. Our body keeps on passing small stones through passage of urine, but if our water intake is less then the size of the stone grows and it get stuck. So proper water intake also removes the causes of kidney stones.

So what are kidney stones, it is basically adding up of different substance like calcium and getting big enough to be declared as a calcium oxalate kidney stone. There are different types of kidney stones depending upon the ingredients through which it is build up.

What Are Symptoms Of Kidney Stones?

Symptoms of kidney stones in women and men are almost alike with the only difference is that men are more prone to kidney stones then women with these following symptoms:

a) Pain during urination.

b) Blood in the urine.

c) Pus in the urine.

d) Moderate to severe pain for 30 to 60 minutes at a time in the lower abdomen, lower back, and inguinal areas. This area specific gives kidney stone pain a distinctive characteristic.

Note: The severity of the symptoms depends upon the size of the stone. If the stone is small, then with passing a kidney stone one many not experience symptoms at all.

Kidney Stones Tests

To confirm if it your pain is related to kidney stone or not there are several tests:

a) Urinalysis — Go to your nearby lab and give your urine sample in a small plastic airtight container. The lab will test if it is an infection or substances which can lead to kidney stones.

b) Blood test — Go to any nearby reputed lab and give blood samples. They will test for chemical substances which could be linked to kidney stones.

c) X-ray of the abdomen is performed not only to confirm kidney stones but also the location of it.

d) CT scan is performed and also this not only to confirm kidney stones but also the location of it.

e) Ultrasound — Ultrasound is the best in all kidney stones tests, as it does not involve exposure to radiation, so it should be done first instead of x-ray or CT scan. Only if ultrasound is not clearly able to diagnose then only x-ray or CT scan should be involved.
