How to Lose 10 Pounds Fast
Every morning you should drink a big glass of ice cold water with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Then have breakfast.
Your breakfast options should be either:
- 1 Banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter/almond butter
- A green apple and a tablespoon of peanut butter/ almond butter
- A green smoothie
- A berry smoothie
- A mashed-up avocado on rye bread
After breakfast, do 30 minutes of cardio:
- Star jumps, push-ups, jump-rope
- Grilled turkey/chicken/salmon with one cup of spinach
- A big salad with no dressing
- Vegetable soup
Unfortunately, if you want to end up with results like me you should skip dinner. I am not saying you should deprive yourself of food or starve yourself. But, instead of having an actual dinner you should have a milk-based beverage or a piece of fruit.
Your "dinner" options are:
- A cup of non-fat/ dairy free cafe latte
- A cup of fresh pomegranate seeds
- A cup of fresh berries
- Do not forget to drink 2-3 liters of water a day.
- Make sure you do not do less than 30 minutes of cardio.
- Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
- Do not eat 4 hours prior to sleep time.
