How Positivity Helps With Life's Successes

Updated on August 12, 2013

Positivity and Success

How successful do you think you would be if you were a person that had nothing but negativity in your life? Do you think things would come easy for you in your endeavors in life being a negative person? Do you think people love to be around a person that is filled with negativity?

Well regarding question number one. I don't know of anyone that is successful that lives their life in a negative way. Question number two regarding things coming easy in your life being negative, I would answer that one as a No also, and as far as question number three, I really don't think anyone wants to be around a person that is always negative in their life, at least I wouldn't want to be around that type of person.

If you would stay around that negative person and you were positive and happy in the beginning, by the time they are done with you, your happiness and positivity would be washed right out of you, only if you let that happen of course.

People that live in a negative world can blow the wind out of anyone's sail in my opinion.

How positivity helps with life's successes depends on how much you wish to be happy and positive in your life. All of us are in full control of our feeling and how happy and positive we want to be. If you are in a negative mood, you are the only one that can yourself out of that mood and into a positive mood and start to be happy and be thankful for what we have in life.

Success is in everybody, but it is up to each individual to achieve their own success and we all can have it as long as we keep that positive attitude going.

Keep This in Mind

Don't Let Things Get in Your Way of Success

No matter what happens in your life, never let anything or anyone get in your way of achieving your success, because if you let that happen and you never achieve the success that you wanted and will be so sorry you let someone or something stand in your way. Be your own guide to success.

You can't go wrong with thinking positive. Things will always work out in the end when having that positive attitude that they will work out. Having negative thoughts you will have negative results. I guess I don't have to explain that to you right. Makes total sense to me, how about you?

Positivity is soooo important in life, especially when one comes from a place of failure, low self esteem, etc. I remember feeling like I was so afraid of being disappointed that I avoided being happy because I was convinced that something would happen to ruin my happy outlook. For me, I had to learn to take back the control in my own life and stop being a victim. Baby steps! Not to say that changing lifelong habits are ever easy - it is an ongoing challenge!

Great Hub TCL - I totally agree with you, Positivity and Success are closely related - I Hub about this too because I find that this is a constant struggle in my own life! Up and useful!!!

I would definitely agree being negative all the time is a detriment to success and no one wants to be around a negative person, that's for sure!

I can't agree with you more! I love the statement you shared; "I am too positive to be doubtful, too optimistic to be fearful, and too determined to be defeated." LOVE that! Something we should say out loud to ourselves in the mirror every morning. One of the words I've taught my 4yr. old son is determination. If you ask him what it means, he'll tell you it means "Never give up!" I am a firm believer that attitude is everything! Thanks for sharing. :)

We grow negative because we cannot meet our expectations. Your hub was very helpful.
