How To Burn Chest Fat Easily

Updated on July 29, 2009

3 Tips To Help You Burn Chest Fat

A lot of men struggle with carrying around chest fat, called pseudogynecomastia or man boobs. It greatly effectives their confidence levels and stops them from enjoying the beach and other activities which envolves being shirtless. There are 2 main causes of excessive chest fat. One being hormonal issues in teenage boys and the other caused by lack of exercise and poor diet. Either way, it can be very humiliating.

However it is possible to burn chest fat quite quickly and build a sculpted body. But only if you know how.

Here are 3 tips for how to get rid of man boobs

1. There is a common saying in gym circles, "you can't outwork a bad diet". This is very true in this circumstance. Put simply- If you are consuming more calories than you are burning each day then you will put on weight and your man boobs will become worse. In order to burn chest fat then you need to be strict with your diet. Have smaller portions more often during the day, and eat plently of lean meat, fruit and vegetables. You also want to consume a good amount of protein. This can come from protein shakes.

2. The next way to burn chest fat is to start doing more exercise. This means becoming active for around 30 minutes each day (initially this can be lower, but you want to build up tp 30 minutes). The easiest way to ensure that you get in your exercise is to join a gym with a friend. This way you have someone to help inspire and push you along to keep coming to each session. Also, there are plenty of cardio exercises that you can enjoy at the gym. Including treadmill, bikes, cross trainer, rowing machines, basketball court, punching bags and swimming pools.

3. The 3rd way to burn chest fat quickly is to encorporate some kid of strength training program. You don't have to become a bodybuilder but strength training is great for develping strong pecs as well as strong biceps, shoulders, traps etc. A couple of basic exercises specifically designed to building up your chest muscles is the dummbell fly, dips and diamond push ups.

Ok, so now you know 3 killer ways to burn chest fat quickly and safely. It may sound like a bit of work but if you really want the results then you have to take action.

Good Luck and stay positive!
